Understanding: to be prudent, circumspect, to look upon with insight.

Learned, who want to increase in learning

The Simple: Silly, naïve

A wise person: Skillful in applying knowledge and principles to prosper

A person of Understanding: Person who has the meaning, the insight

A fool: Hebrew word (evil) one who despises wisdom

Sinner: One reckoned as an offender (repeated offense) counted a guilty

The Froward: The person who consistently, disobeys and is oppositional.

Evil: bad, disagreeable, malignant, displeasing, unethical, injurious, sad, unhappy, person of bad, malignant, injurious, miserable, distressful, unethical thoughts, deeds, actions.

Those Greedy for Gain: to cut off, break off, gain by unrighteous violence, get, finish, be covetous, be e. To violently make a gain of.
